Flexible, Time & Materials Engagements supporting your project demand

Typically deployed on a traditional Time and Materials basis (daily rate). The benefit of engaging Novon is quite simple.

Highly skilled resources under a “predictable” cost-effective model

Engaged as a service, Novon’s Strategic Augmentation engagements are designed to support customers who have a persistent demand (12+ Months) for data and engineering capability, enabling Novon to deliver the same highly skilled resources, whilst offering material cost savings to your business.

We do this using a predictable cost model based on monthly service fees, with no daily rates. Over a 12-month period we would estimate a saving of between 10-15% when compared to your standard contractor services.

Like any successful service, the key to that success comes from partnership, planning, commitment and transparency.

You may want to manage your own resources, but our team will work with you to scope out your requirements and plan the timing of your demand, with a commitment to deliver what you need when you need it.

This commitment to partnership and planning with Novon, not only ensures you get the right capability but also ensures the timing and on-boarding aligns to your project schedules and deliverables, limiting the impact and delays that often occur when building teams in a more traditional way (just hiring contractors).

Once engaged, our leadership team will constantly review our team’s performance and work with your business to plan for any changes, with the ability to swap out resources.

When you are ready to roll our team off, we plan to ensure you retain those key people until the very last day they are required by your business avoiding situations where you may lose critical resources, impacting your delivery dates.
