Established in 2014, we did so without thought for what the business may eventually become. What was essentially a moment in time became an opportunity that sowed the seeds for the Novon today, with over 80 people in the business. Originally called Xpert Consulting (that’s our legal name) we rebranded as Novon in 2015, with a key focus on providing data and integration services that support customers in the enterprise domain. This has seen us support a variety of customer segments including Banking, Airline, Customer Loyalty, Utilities, Logistics, Government and Media.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience working on the most complex programs, helping our customers modernise data platforms that deliver services to challenge the status quo. Often leading the process of advisory and discovery to then design and build the services our customers consume. Our team has worked extensively with iconic Australian brands and ASX listed enterprises including Macquarie Group, Qantas, Woolworths, Westpac, SCA Media, and APA Group; where our people are valued and recognised for delivering the outcomes our customers expect.
