Our Fixed Cost model provides an opportunity for Novon to assist you in reducing your cost of delivery, replacing expensive contractors with equally skilled resources.
Our commitment we can deliver the same skills, under a flexible model, with reasonable cost benefits in range of 20% per annum.
- When looking to build a new team for a multi-year program, we can work with you to identify and secure the right talent whom will remain with you for the duration of your program, immediately reducing your cost of delivery.
- In times of austerity, we can work with your business to identify specific roles, capability or domains where we see reasonable opportunity to save your business costs, proactively work with your managers to replace like for like your existing contractors engaged under our Fixed Cost resource model.
- We look to provide fit for purpose resources that are appropriately skilled with the relevant technology, methodology or industry experience required in delivering successful outcomes for your clients. Below we provide an estimate on our costs against the market cost for similar skilled personnel engaged as contingent labour (Daily Rate). We believe we can provide the same skills at a significantly reduced cost when partnering to solve long term flexible resourcing needs.
