Key leadership changes driving growth at Novon in 2025
Novon data advisory services set to protect, support, and unleash the power of your organisation’s data.

Novon is thrilled to announce the promotion of IT industry veteran Chris Spring to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Chris will lead Novon’s core technology strategy, ensuring customers are leveraging their data to drive more meaningful outcomes and maximise their business potential.

“As Novon continues to grow and evolve, our customers are increasingly seeking strategic guidance on how to harness their data for maximum business impact,” explains Novon CEO, Dominic Dufaur.

“The appointment of Chris reflects both his visionary leadership and his exceptional contributions to Novon over the past decade. As Technical Director, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s advisory practice, which we’re excited to announce will now be led by Thomas Isaksson.”

Thomas brings a wealth of technical expertise across data, digital, and integration services, underpinned by deep consulting experience from Deloitte and BearingPoint. More recently, he has played pivotal strategic and architectural leadership roles in some of the region’s largest transformation programs, including at IAG, Westpac, and CBA.

The appointments mark an exciting milestone for Novon. Over the past 18 months, we have strengthened our leadership team to not only be able to deliver exceptional technical solutions but also provide end-to-end strategic guidance—from discovery to execution.

Unleashing your power as a data-driven organisation

Chris Spring explains: “Data isn’t just an asset. It’s the foundation of your organisation’s competitive advantage. Emerging tech like Generative AI and machine learning is helping to solve complex business challenges, which is exciting, but it also means that dynamic data readiness–and governance–is essential.”

  • Businesses that embrace a data-driven culture make faster, better informed decisions, automate processes, freeing up human capital for innovation.
  • Advanced architectures like data fabric and data mesh are enabling new ways to manage and optimise data, and improve customer and employee experiences.
  • Many organisations lack the internal expertise to fully capitalise on their data, making external data advisory services critical for success.
